Bye Bye Titty...Hello Patrick Ridge Sain

Titty left our house today and is now at the Humane Society probably scared to death. It breaks my heart to even think about her there and not here, but in the same note...I CAN BREATHE!!!! Zachary finally gave her up and I am eternally grateful. It was hard, but it simply had to be done. Bye bye Titty, and thank you Zachary for your compromise. I love you. But...HELLO to the newest member of our family...Mr. Patrick Ridge Sain. He is a Maltease Shih Tzu and is a hypoallergenic dog which means that he doesn't shed and he doesn't put off allergies for us sensitive folk. He is precious. Absolutely precious. We picked him up today and I haven't been able to put him down since. Zachary misses Titty but he is warming up nicely to Ridge. We named him just Ridge, but I decided to throw Patrick in the mix because Jared gave me the idea. Ridge is all in lieu of course, because of West Ridge which is Zachary's home away from home. We love our little Ridge so very much!!! I can't wait for you all to meet him.

Now... I just need to get his Halloween costume and we will be all set!!!

P.S. I can't help but wonder what Grammy would have thought of this little guy.

I honestly think she would have loved him...a lot more than Titty.
